Seat and Backrest Units

The seating and backrest units of the chairs are designed in accordance with human anatomy and are made of polyurethane material in aluminum molds that comply with 50+-%10 density and MVSS 302 fire standards. Inside the seat and backrest cushions, there is a durable internal frame made of metal profiles. The seating parts of the chairs feature a weight-centered mechanism that allows them to close automatically.

Supporting Legs and Armrests

The legs of the chairs are made of 40 x 60 x 1.5 mm box profiles, and the parts connecting to the ground are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, formed with molds to ensure durability. The undersides of the armrests are made of MDF material and covered with laminated fabric. Impact-resistant plastic cup holders are mounted on the armrests. For chairs arranged in rows, the armrests between the seats are shared. The chairs are fixed to the ground with double legs using appropriate connection elements.

Fabric

The fabrics used for upholstery are 100% polyester, resistant to friction, flame-retardant, and colorfast. Friction Resistance: 60,000 cycles. Weight: 285 g/m². The seat and backrest cushions of the chairs are covered with fabrics that meet the specified properties, and impact-resistant, acoustically perforated plastic covers are mounted underneath.
